In 2004, the USPS updated mailing requirements to allow for non-rectangular shaped mail. Premier Printing wanted to create a series of mailers to promote this capability. I teamed up with them to create a group of life-size, die-cut Halloween masks that were actually oversized post cards. The eyes were perforated so they could be easily punched out. There were small holes near the ears where string could be attached to allow for the masks to be worn.
